The feature of Hand Chain Hoist & Lever Hoist : Steel formed cases, dual ratchet pawls mechanism for operator safety, hooks with hot forged and heat treatment for safety purpose which also allows to be swiveled 360 degrees and are equipped with safety latch to ensure proper hooking the load. Overload protection for above 10 Hoist is also available upon request.
Advantage of overload protection (O.L.) – optional :
New Design of overload device with concealed structure protects itself from external effect.
O.L. is manufactured by alloy metal and completed with surface hardness treatment to ensure long life operation.
O.L. is optional and could be attached onto the hoist without changing any hoist structure.
Suggest using at frequent overload operation environment to ensure operators’ safety.
Use overload device to ensure hoist life-span.
Design theory of O.L. Device : for providing overload protection of manual hoist. The main theory is by applying Disc Springs to control its tension which makes steel ball rotating counterclockwise and operates properly. However, if it rotates clockwise under overload protection model and over the preset load of Disc springs, the clutch type steel ball makes handwheel rotating at idle. (as figure).
