Cheng Day R & D team, based on demand and application of market, put a great deal of time effort into designing Windmill hoist for Global Market. Model : WNH series – have greatly increased efficiency & productivity in business.

It’s suitable for long lift that applies to maintenance and repair operations. This hoist includes a relatively large number of safety devices to monitor lifting operations. The key point is the chain pocket of 45 degree angle which increases multilateral pockets. It reduces chain vibration and provides smoother operation. As a result, we offer windmill hoist with optimum safety and increased practicability in application. (As below pictures, liftwheel for 45 degrees) :

珠式過載保護裝置的設計原理，在提供一種適用於手動操作吊車之端面珠式過載保護裝置，主要是運用盤型彈簧控制張力使鋼珠向左迴轉時會正常持續運作，但向右迴轉時則離合器鋼珠過載裝置，在”防過載”作業模式下做負載吊起時，若超過盤型彈簧所設定的負荷，離合器式鋼珠在感測後會讓手鏈輪(或操作桿)成空轉而無法繼續作動。(如圖所示)。
